Conformance Status
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II establishes the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Version 2.1 Level AA as the technical standard required for making accessible the services, programs, and activities offered by State and local government entities to the public through their web and mobile applications (“apps”).
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
